Yes, with most registrants, the owner is the person / company named as the
registrant.  However, I've seen some variations w/ different registrants.
Its best to read the registrant's agreements and policies first.   Usually,
if I'm registering a domain name that is a legal trade name of a client,  I
use their business name,  sometimes we may use one of our company email's as
the administrative email address only, if the owner asks.  You can always
change the email address, but it is more difficult to change the name of the
owner.  Its best to have the owner of the trade name the same as the owner
of the domain name, at least in my experience.
