Jakob Nielsen says antialiasing can save you $2000 per year:

But he also says the only practical way to get it is not righteous:

I like SWF mostly for display text myself, because I'm used to reading body
text on a monitor as screen fonts, but I've seen people put most of their
body text in SWFs to antialias too. Could be a couple of ways to go...?
