Err -- well, presumably the contents of the form are being sent to some
program on the server that records the details -- from what you've said,
it's a Cold Fusion script. So this script needs to include validation logic
that checks the user's input and redirects them back to the form if
anything is wrong or missing. I can't tell you exactly how to do it, as my
knowledge of CF is precisely zero ...
