The scrollbar is generated in a page where you have scrolling set to auto
(or yes) and one of the page elements is 100% width. You can get around this
by setting the width of the relevant item (table or div) to less than 100%
-- I've found that a CSS width of 99.5% should be sufficient to remove the
scrollbar.
