Crap.  I forgot to trim a message before reply.

Homesite has the nice ability to integrate with Visual SourceSafe
through the Project interface.  One annoyance, though, is that
SourceSafe puts a "vss.scc" file in every folder.  Homesite displays
these files if you have the Project filter set to "ALL Files".  To
get rid of this anoyance just make all the "vss.scc" files Hidden.
Everything works fine and no more silly files in the Project view.
