[thelist] Opera, Mozilla and Netscape not functioning with MSN as ISP

I don't know whether or not this is just me, but I am unable to use either
Opera, Netscape or Mozilla with MSN as my ISP.  I read something about this
a little while before, but I thought that it had been fixed.  In all three
cases I have seen the "could not find server" error message (I can reach the
sites just fine using IE).
