[thelist] Proper use of CSS @page rule

I have read the CSS2 recommendation over and over again, I have searched the
web, I have tried many experiments and either one of two conclusions can be
reached.

1. I do not understand the proper use of the @page rule. In other words, I
am specifying it incorrectly in my stylesheet and/or then calling it
incorrectly in my web page.

2. I think the @page rule will do something differently than it actually
does, and if so I missed the original meaning.

Can anyone shed some light on this for me please?
