Exactly, you want CNN programming on your television, so you pay for
it. You want general Internet access, so you pay for it. You want
CNN.com content on your Web browser, so you pay for it. There is
zero wrong with this revenue model unless CNN loses money on it. You
don't expect to get a discount on movies produced by TW just because
you watch their television programming and use their Internet access.
 How is this different?

It may be detrimental to consumer choice that so much media reach and
power is concentrated in one company. This does not, however,
preclude TW from asking you to pay separately for each service they
provide.

Had an interesting DHTML positioning problem a while back. I was
using a reference pixel to absolutely position DHTML layers on a
horizontally and vertically centered page. Due to the layout
requirements, the reference pixel was wrapped inside a nested table
along with other content. Mac IE 5.x could accurately determine the
position of the reference pixel but then assumed that the top left of
the inside table was the 0x0 point. This caused the DHTML layers to
be positioned all wrong.
Solution? Either use negative position values which is risky OR
rewrite the HTML to remove the nested table.
