nope... provided you're using HTML 4.01 transitional... XHTML 1.0
is just a reformulation of HTML 4.01 as an XML structure...
which means, if you kill your trailing slashes in your <br>s and
<img>s (among others, as well as some attributes like 'selected'),
you'd now have HTML...
