I am looking for any good resources for developing Outlook 2000 macros. Any
ideas?

Here is what I am trying to accomplish.
I need to have something read through the body section of a received email
and strip out all the email addresses contained in the body. Then, have
these email addresses written to a text file.

Should I be dealing with Outlook macros or should I be using a different
resource (PHP, etc...)?

Any help would be appreciated.
