You mean Sweden when it comes to cheap broadband connection country wide.

We in Norway have also a well buildt broadband network, but it`s
20-30% more expensive than in Sweden.

Not "all" in Sweden have broadband, but only rual areas at the moment, but
they have "planned" to cover the hole country.

As it goes for broadband; the hole of Scandinavia are at the top when it
comes to broadband connections pr.capita.

In the town of Stavanger,Norway; a party of 1.000 users are at moment
testing VDSL-speeds at 36MBpr/sec !

At Luleå University,Sweden; they have made VDSL-speeds up to 50mb p/sec,
and all this thru a phoneline !

As it goes for webdesign; we do design as everybody else on the net.
But, people are making "broadband-sites" for those who have this, and make
infact 2 sites for different users. I am sure this will be the "norm" on the
net in the years to come.

The access of broadband in Uk are also wide and available, but there it`s
been the "flat rate" pricing on modems that have killed the "broadband".
People pay £25 for a year of "unlimited use" on a 56k modem, so why pay £
35-40 a month for broadband ?

In Scandinavia this has not been the case, since we surfed and paid £150 a
month on a 56k modem. A price of £50 a month on a 384/128kb ADSL line sounds
as better deal for us up here... .

Don`t you think so too ?
