It worries me that you don't know, particularly after I've posted URLs to
it around half a dozen times in the last month (some in the last 24 hours
in this thread)

Because that's the basis for most legal interpretation of disability
legislation in the context of online information and services.

Remember the rule which says that ignorance of the law is no defence? It
applies to both you and your clients. If you can't advise them whether your
work is likely to be compliant or not, is your work fit for purpose?
