I think that perhaps the problem is with the "All Rights Reserved, Jen Ross
2002". It sooms to imply that Jen has copyright over the images. Similarly
the text at the top of the page "Photos taken while working for
politicswatch.com" could be extended to state the nature of her employment
and that the copyright of the images linked to belongs to politicswatch.com
(with a link to their website or their copyright page if they wish).
