If you are able to download the website then I'd suggest getting Quanta
and scanning a directory of all the pages into a project.

Than you can look at the structure of the site and each page with
Quanta.

Of course, the Open Source version only works on Linux AFAIK, but you
can buy windows binaries for Quanta Gold (proprietary) from
http://www.thekompany.com which 'should' do the same thing.

And as a bonus you'd get a great web development editor.

This doesn't solve your problems if you want to do the sitemapping
online...
