[thelist] GUI for Procmail?

I've a number of clients I've set up with a nix/apache/php virtual web
hosting provider. The host offers email forwarding but only through
procmail. My clients haven't a clue how to open notepad, much less write a
procmail script and ftp it to their web space.

As a result, I've been doing this for them, but am looking for some script
with a simple web-based GUI the clients could use and that can do this
behind the scenes. I've searched the big CGI Resource sites but found
nothing.

Can anyone recommend anything?
