Jeff,

How can you tell if JavaScript is enabled or disabled with a request to load
an image?  The only thing I can think of is that the page includes code to
load an image dynamically via JavaScript.  If the image is request,
JavaScript is enabled... if the image is not requested, then JavaScript is
not enabled.  Thanks in advance for the clarification.
