Memo from Martin P Burns of PricewaterhouseCoopers

Hi Mike

Do both, so users get the snappiest that their system can handle, and you
don't cut out any users/potential customers with preconceived ideas about
what they can and can't see.

Bear in mind that a goodly-proportion of the flash-disabled users out
there will be in business-land.

Cheers
Martin

Background:
This site is the public site of a small business to business marketing
design agency in San Francisco.
They have the budget to do what they want.

Thanks,
Mike
