[thelist] SSI not working on MacIE5 browsers

I've been working on a site that is being hosted on Solaris running Netscape
Enterprise 3.5.1C. It uses a simple server side include to insert news
headlines in the right-hand column, and works perfectly EXCEPT for Mac IE5
users, who get a [an error occurred while processing this directive]
message. Sometimes you have to click on a few headlines before you see the
problem. Does anyone have an idea what could be causing this? I did a google
search but all I found were a lot of sites with their own SSI problems.
According to the server admin, nothing is showing up in the server logs.

The web site is http://advertising.wsj.com/index.shtml This page is only for
testing purposes, so be careful that you don't click a link that takes you
to the non-.shtml page.
