I'd be wary of any organisation that sells itself as an authority on web development skills.  Especially one with such a bland and "cut & paste" looking website.

Wondering if the Win2k resource kit is worth getting.  There are a few website around that have downloadable versions of the reskit tools.  One such site is:

This is really great to try out the tools and see if they are actually what you are looking for.  It is also of use when you just can't seem to get your hands on your own copy.
