Pretty much.  You see, not every place is in the US ... I'm in
Australia, so $5US is $10AU .. the $10US server comes out to $20AU which
is a bite to an organistaion funded by volenteers.

If I was working, I'd pony up the extra $5 myself ... notice that IF
clause :)
