If it is an sql file then in phpMyAdmin underneith the box were you
enter sql querys per table then yu can simply specify a filename to
upload and it does it all for you.

At least that is how it works with me!

Heh, well, I suppose you could write a quick php script to take each
line from your dump file, and execute it. :D

That would probably take a long time to execute if it's a large file
though.
