Memory leaks are the COM/DLL objects that are being cached, not the DDL
Host program that is "corralling" them.

I believe that DLL Host is used by the OS as well as IIS. Therefore, if you
are concerned about it, you should be rebooting to clear it out. Also, make
sure you only put "tested" third party COM/DLL objects on your machine.
Less is better.
