Having a shop in a church? No, but the church would presumably
not sell stuff while a service was going on. (A strictly evangelical
person might point to the example of Jesus throwing merchants
out of the temple and cry 'foul')

And as long as the proceeds from the shop (or the rent of the
shop if it's being run by a 3rd party) are supporting the charitable
aims of the church, it's not going to cause problems with
charity law either.
