wow... guys, you have shed a lot of light on this matter, and now feel much
more confident on where I stand over this matter.

This morning when I read the email, I just felt really flustered as I have
never had to deal with a situation like this before, but I am now trying to
deal with the situation and find out where I stand. You have helped so so
much, I am amazed at just how helpful all the information has been, I shall
now go through the messages and pick out the points which I feel should be
brought up with them, and then sit and wait for a response.
