Jake,

Let him go to his lawyers and wait to hear from them, but don't hold your
breath you might be in for a long wait...

When/if you hear anything don't respond to it straight away. Remember that
his lawyers are just fellows after making a few quid/bucks too, so they'll
be happy to draft legal letters that have nothing remotely legal to fall
back on.

If you need a legal response in return just let me know and I'll have a
family friend who was a barrister draft something back for you.
