yes the bill from the host! at £30 per GB and have been 7GB over for the last 3
months so you can imagine it isn't very good that this prick suggested everyone
download the entire BB to their local machine.

I may be totally off-base here, but:  Why do you care?

Do you have any reason to believe there are more than three
subscribers on your entire list who would actually go to all
this trouble?

Have you done the math it takes to compare the bandwidth this
would consume to your normal bandwidth consumption?

Or does this somehow undermine your ability to charge for
content?
