If it's a machine that is not used on a daily basis, set the browser
homepage to your ASP script and set up the Task Scheduler to launch the
browser at your specified time. The only problem is that you're going to
collect an awful lot of browser windows if the machine runs unattended.

A better idea would be to write your app in say, VB, and launch the .exe
from the task scheduler and have the exe terminate it's self when done.
