Hello Jake,

Find out what lists you're on, explain the situation to them and then
give hem time to reconsider.
You should keep in mind though that they are very cautious about
taking you off the blacklist since they can hardly be sure you're
really who you pretend to be and it's easier for them not to do
anything with it than it is to research you and take you off.

I would recommend making their research as easy as possible. Send them
all the access logs of the event, find out as much as you can about
the perpetrator (try searching usenet for his IP address,) establish
your identity etc. etc. and keep it all very short.
Then send this mail to all the services that have blacklisted you and
hope for the best.
