and my mom thanks you too (i'm sending this via webmail from her xp machine)

i debated the wordpad route, aardvark, but she already has a few blank templates set up
(by her
computer-literate grandkids)

dunno why i couldn't find those options, eh

it's not like they were hidden away or anything

stupid bloody paper clip was no use, either

i hate microsoft with a roaring passion

i owe a couple more tips, now
