IIS defaults to allowing "Integrated Windows Authentication" on all sites
(even if you change the WWW Master Properties, annoyingly). IE defaults
to logging into servers in the Intranet Zone with your username and password
automatically using Integrated Thing which Mozilla does not support.

So if IUSR_xxx didn't have access to the files in the ACLs but your user
on the intranet did, IE would show you the pages and Mozilla wouldn't.
