I assume that you're paid to comply with all applicable laws.

There's also a strong case to suggest that a developer can be held
*personally* liable - the precedent is that the DOJ has consistently
held (and subsequent cases have proven this to be the case) that
architects are liable for failure to design and construct accessible
buildings.
