Um, right.

Where does the law say that every website, intranet system or software
that is ever built must be built for blind people too?

They build airplanes so you have to have feet to fly them, maybe you
could put together a class action suit against Cessna on bahalf of all
those footless pilots who are being discriminated against.

Or maybe you could sue the bicycle companies for so insensitively
requirign that users have legs...

What difference does it make how accessible your site (or mailing list)
is if you exclude users by acting like a prick when they participate?
