It's not quite hyprocrisy.

The EPA goes to the most polluted areas, for instance.

As much as I'm not a Nielsen fan, I think there could be some good that
comes out of this.

True. But this strikes me more like the company that pollutes the most,
hiring the top EPA critic as an advisor for the company.
