>From experience of managing lists with Mailman-variants, the user interface

operations.

========================
You might want to look into Mailman (http://list.org/download.html). It's
written in Python and the overall perforance is superb. Another package
(this one in Perl) is Majordomo (http://www.greatcircle.com/majordomo/).
This is also quite good in operation.

Thanks, Mike.

Actually, in this particular case, the client needs an installable package
that requires ZERO programming skills. The client can learn to "operate"
the
package, but has no interest in learning to "program".
