Depends on the OS, I imagine. On MacOS 9, I find the location bar less
squirrelly than in RC3. I also recall one of the RCs being rather flaky on
OS X, but I can't offhand recall which.

On Windows, I haven't seen much wrong with RC3, but then I haven't used it
extensively.
