[thelist] How does urlizer.com work ?

It would depend on the server side scripting language they are using.
For example if it was done with PHP, they would read the site from the
database,
then do something like:

header('Location: http://www.some.com/');

Not that hard to do. :)

I was wondering how they could redirect to an external site (and it
"doesn't" work with framed sites : why ? this remains for me a mistery
because where I press the "magic" F5 refreh key, I obtain the right framed
site)

Is it only a 302 error code returned with the corresponding url stored in
database ?
(it works without javascript)
(and also in Netscape 4.7 - I precise that because CFLOCATION do not work
correctly on external website)
