No, Matt, certainly not, you Yanks can sure be touchy - an element of
frustration, that's all! And I have run autoexec.bat manually, rebooted etc
and read all the faqs I could find, before bothering the many busy and
intelligent people on this list. I get irritated when folks ask half baked
Qs before even reading the help files (on other lists than this, usually)
and that's the last last thing I wanted to do... I'll go and bother my UK
colleagues for a while ;)
