[thelist] site check request again

What's a site check for, if not to find things you forgot about?

I was talking about a general question, although now we know people
avoid site check subjects.  I'll ask the question in a new thread, and
open it up for scenarios where it is used, and shockwave too.

Watch for new thread you commentators!
