You need to contact your country/state/provincial Small Business/SOHO and

I just made a template with a Word .doc and it looks more like a statement
than an invoice actually (except for the big INVOICE across the top). In it I
simply state, or in your case it would be a list, of what was done and at the
bottom is the total with: "Total is due upon reciept" and "Thank You for Your
Business".

I use a great little tool recommended by someone else on the list a while
back called Timestamp from http://www.syntap.com Use the ZD-net link on
the download page to keep his bandwidth down. Lots of great features with
the appy once you start playing with it.

and print out something nice, if such a thing exists. I'd write

It will export as HTML or XML and you can do what you want with it after
that.
