Well, yes, Michael, there are lots of answers. But you've got to provide
some more requirements.

Questions like:

a) What features do you need: do you need multiple authors, proper
workflow, proper version control (the ability to "roll back" to a previous
state), asset management features, etc. Cost and ease of setup will vary
widely based on this.
b) How many pages do you have to manage? How many sections?
c) What's your budget?

MoveableType is good if you have a news/blog type of Intranet. If you need
more than that, however, you probably need to look elsewhere.

You could also take a look at CityDesk.
