Just a guess from me, but I don't think it is Rockwell. The font is "ITC
Lubalin Graph" probably Bold or Demi weight. You can get it anywhere
that sells ITC fonts (including Adobe), and it's usually cheaper not
buying it from ITC direct.

The lines across the text should be easy.
