Two IP addresses are very easy. Add the second IP under advanced options
of TCP/IP properties. Then under IIS assign one IP address to main
virtual site and then assign the other to secondary.

hmm... good thinking. that could have been a problem. then would you
suggest i tell earthlink to...
1. use the same separate ip addresses
2. change the NAT table to point to the same box
...since i need to use SSL on BOTH websites?
would using two ip addresses be any less of a headache?
