I am glad you found the review helpful.

Note,  the owner can spend $10 a month or less to get a
voice mail number. The existance of a number will increase
peoples confidence.

For the grade issue. You can have add issues to cart, have
it default to best grade and price. But allow them to
modify at checkout.
