jeff I about to build the form which will be a basic form that the user will
fill out the details I just want one of the field to contain info from a .pl
script could you show me a little bit more what you mean, I wont be having
globals on?

Andrew, depending on your php settings (globals on, etc...) you can usually
just call the form like:
site.php?variable=value
