Hello Experts,
While surfing web I have seen the formatted scrollbars of browser
window. By looking at source code, I got the idea about how to do it.

I just want to know that is formatting of scrollbars appreciated or not
by the web developers? What is the attitude of professional web
developers to the trend of formatting scrollbars?
