avoid the old allaire forums like the plague.  they're feature-rich, but ungodly slow.  even macromedia is running someone else's cf-based product for their support forums.

i'll second susan's suggestion of fusetalk.  it's a fantastic product.  in fact, it's the very same product that macromedia has chosen to use for their support forums.
