[thelist] replace <b> with <strong> (why dont use b tag)

In Dreamweaver MX, you may click Edit, Preferences (or Ctrl+U) and on
the General category near the bottom is a checkbox that allows you to
switch Dreamweaver's behavior to your preference (or to match your
previous pages).
