Quite correct. I'm pretty good a doing clean, simple, useable stuff when
I'm given the chance. The question was more along the lines of "Is there
any one set of rules that have been codified by some sort of standards body
to which most people agree to adhere to." One such standard in a way, is
the American section 508, I think.
