you're searching for the holy grail.  it just doesn't exist yet in any sort of mature form.  there are a few examples you'll find of some *very* basic offerings that provide similar support in ns6/moz, but i promise you'll be highly disappointed (believe me, i've been looking for a *long* time).

for the sort of functionality you're seeking you're stuck with one of two options -- java and flash.

all the java ones i've seen have left me less than impressed.  i have seen two flash implementations but they're far from complete.
