The cart works ok except this little display bit of code and I didn't do it!

If I take this code out and the <?=status($cart);?> the cart works and I dont
get the wrong -

Your order contains 2 items costing a total of £665.00

If that's happened once (+= confused with = ) it's possible it's happened
again .... it would be worth checking the rest of the code to make sure that
this hasn't happened.

Removing the 2nd $total should have resolved it there but you might have the
same / similar errors elsewhere. Sorry if my first reply was a little light
on explanation :o] I was furiously trying to fix what I thought was a table
error but which turned out to be a missing CSS style.

nope :( still doubling the first items sub total as soon as another item is
added to the cart.

as long as there is only one item the quantities can be changed as many
times,
it is as soon as another item is added.
